Ability can remain. Access can change under pressure. A leader who knows exactly how they want to handle a hard conversation reacts completely differently once the pressure's actually on. A founder who knows the pitch cold loses it the moment the stakes rise. An athlete who's drilled the skill thousands of times can't recover after one mistake.
The question isn't: 'What's wrong with you?' The better question is: 'What happened to your access?'"
As pressure begins to build, it can start affecting attention, thinking, emotion, communication, decision-making, and behavior. Zone Performance® calls the critical early intervention period the 10–90 Second Window™.

Performance Under Pressure™ starts with a simple truth: the first skill isn't regulation, it's recognizing when the window opens. Participants identify their own early stress signals, then learn the One-Second Reset™, a conditioned regulation skill built to work fast and discreetly under real pressure.
Through a Learn → Condition → Compress → Deploy process — including live biometric demonstration, group cue conditioning, and a hands-on Pressure Lab, participants don't just hear about the 10–90 Second Window™, they practice using it under stress and leave with a personal reset plan they can apply immediately.
A reinforcement session focused on real-world transfer after participants have had time to use the skill. Participants return with actual pressure situations, review skill retrieval, practice additional scenarios, troubleshoot barriers, reinforce conditioning, and refine their Personal Reset Plan.
